The Hanger

This tiny hole in the wall steak house located in this tiny hole in the wall town located in the vast array of nothin that is the Midwestern United States had the most amazing pork wings I’ve ever had in my life. Sliced nuggets of Prime Rib was an appetizer sampler option. It doesn’t get better than that.

Other than the owner being your bartender. After a two hour stay I learned she had also started her first job there as a server under one of the previous owners. She finally ended up purchasing the property from her brother in law. It doesn’t get more small-midwestern-town than that.
